Hope Heals Community Coalition (HHCC) is focused on building equitable processes and outcomes to address the underlying vital conditions with the downtown homeless community. HHCC is an affiliate Prosperemos Juntos / Thriving Community (Methodist Healthcare Ministries) operating under the staff leadership of the SA Hope Center.
