Who We Are

Hope Heals Community Coalition (HHCC) is a collective of individuals with lived experience whose mission is to
end homelessness in San Antonio. Through collaboration, education and advocacy, HHCC strives to
provide tangible solutions for those most in need.

Our Mission

Use lived experience to bring people together and build healthy relationships needed to support
those working to permanently transition out of homelessness.
